FAQ

Do you accept insurance?
We accept Nevada Medicaid and private pay at this time. For other insurance plans, we are currently out-of-network. If your plan covers out-of-network services, we can provide a coded receipt for reimbursement (known as a, superbill). Families are responsible for understanding their coverage and obtaining any necessary authorizations. Private pay offers benefits such as, no need for a referral, coverage for all therapy services, unlimited sessions, and no unexpected fees.

Who needs to be present for therapy?
We highly encourage caregivers to be actively engaged in therapy so that they can learn techniques to use on their own. We also understand that as parents, you are likely very busy. At a minimum, we require an adult to be inside the home at all times during the session and present for feedback at the end of the session.

How long are sessions and how frequently do they occur?
We offer 30-minute and 60-minute sessions including discussion of progress and instruction for home practice. Session frequency is typically 1-2 times per week and is determined by results from your child’s evaluation and discussion with your therapist. We also offer bi-weekly and monthly options for your convenience.
